Based on your preferences and the results from the intake interview, we present the property to potential tenants and organize a viewing opportunity.
Potential tenants
We screen the candidates and offer interested candidates the opportunity to submit a rental proposal. We discuss the proposals with you and, in consultation with you, select the proposal that suits you best.
Check-in
Upon your approval, we, in consultation with you, draft the lease agreement. The key handover occurs after all documents are signed, and both the security deposit and the first month's rent have been paid. Finally, we congratulate you on the successful rental of your property.

During the intake interview we will provide you with personal, tailor-made rental advice without any obligation. We provide insight into the current state of affairs on the market, inform you about the most recent legislation regarding (temporary) rental of your home, and answer all your questions regarding rental options.
